This development was a culmination of multi-year negotiations with local, county and state agencies as well as a complicated tax fee exchange and open space arrangement. Claremont Companies developed a 29-acre commercial site in Washington Township, off Route 46. The infrastructure requirements for the development consisted of a new traffic light system, additional lanes along Route 46, major utility relocations, a bridge for water crossing along the entry of the site and the preservation of historic stone rows originally used to separate pastures of the former farming ground on the site. This project was completed in 2008 and sold in 2013.
